The Hands of the Estate: Our core team is supported by seasonal workers whose daily efforts are essential to the quality of our vines. They participate in crucial tasks such as pruning, deshooting (épamprage), and trellising (palissage) to ensure the vineyard flourishes.

Robert Blanc
Winemaker
Robert Blanc is the oldest of the two brothers, he came back to the land after a short career as a teacher. In the domain, he is in charge of the financial management and the harvest. He likes to observe the vineyard in order to limit interventions. His ultimate satisfaction: perfect vines to bring quality grapes to the cellar.
Didier Blanc
Winemaker
Didier Blanc is the youngest of the two brothers. Captivated by the paternal activity, he’d always known ever since he was little he’d become a winemaker. In the domain, he takes care of all the work in the cellar, from winemaking to the elaboration of the wines and their marketing
Guillaume Blanc
Winemaker
Guillaume is Robert’s oldest son.
Passionate about vineyard work, he initially joined the estate to support his father and is now a partner in the family business.
Jérôme
Manual maintenance of the vineyard
Jérôme, since 2004 assists Robert and takes care of a part of the cutting and trelliswork of the grapevines. With a generous and conscientious nature, he likes having the work properly done.Gifted with sharp eyes, he also pays attention to the visual state of the vines to give it his best care.

Employee in the winery
Didier assistant in the winery.Max helps in the winery during the whole year. He is in charge of watching over the wines, from the maintenance of the barrels to the bottling.Conscientious, He carefully ensures the quality.

Consultant oenologist
Patrick is the Domaine’s consultant oenologist.
He has been working with us since 2002. With Didier, he participates in the development and monitoring of the wine making.
