In Blauzac 4th edition with the chef Jérôme Nutile

Vin Côté Cour is an oeno-gastronomic walk in a village around Uzès. Every year, on the Ascension day, the event “vin côté cour” liven up a village with the designation of origin Duché d’Uzès to take a gourmet stroll through said village, its avenues and vineyards.

A matching of food and wine, under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef, will exalt the summer truffles and the wines of the appellation. In 2019, Jérôme Nutile (one star in the Michelin guide) will concoct every single summer truffle dish for the 4th edition of Vin Côté Cours.

The course, of about 6km, consists of 5 breaks, each letting you discover 3 wines along with one matching dish.
The menu is based on white summer truffles. It includes: an appetizer, a starter, the main course, some cheese, a dessert and coffee.

The tasting of the wines in display is free and commented by the winemakers of the Appellation Duché d’Uzès. A tasting notebook and an engraved Duché d’Uzès glass are offered to each participant.
