VIN CÔTÉ COUR 2019
Chef Jérôme Nutile will share his know-how about the theme of white summer truffles. One Michelin star ever since 2016 for its gastronomic restaurant in the Mas de Boudan (Nîmes) will be the promise of an exceptional gourmet time.
In Blauzac 4th edition with the chef Jérôme Nutile
A matching of food and wine, under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef, will exalt the summer truffles and the wines of the appellation. In 2019, Jérôme Nutile (one star in the Michelin guide) will concoct every single summer truffle dish for the 4th edition of Vin Côté Cours.
The course, of about 6km, consists of 5 breaks, each letting you discover 3 wines along with one matching dish.
The menu is based on white summer truffles. It includes: an appetizer, a starter, the main course, some cheese, a dessert and coffee.
The tasting of the wines in display is free and commented by the winemakers of the Appellation Duché d’Uzès. A tasting notebook and an engraved Duché d’Uzès glass are offered to each participant.

Reception at the village center of Blauzac, departures from 11h to 13h15,
registration and reservation are required.
Parking is allowed and free within the village.
